I called on a Saturday with some question about installing a heat pump thermostat on a houseboat.  Bill was so gracious to help me do some troubleshooting over the phone.  We determined that the heating problem was most likely not the thermostat.  He was wonderful to work with and I plan to have Birch hvac help me next spring when we put the boat back in the water.
