Very happy with this company
The guys are super kind and get the job done and on scheduled time. They recently installed my new furnace in below freezing temperatures and they got the job done. I’ll continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs!

We have been customers of Birch Heating & Cooling for years. This summer it was time for a new Air Conditioner & furnace. Their costumer service and technicians were fantastic to work with. True professionals and we will be customer for life! Thanks Birch Heating & Cooling!!

Birch HC made the process of converting our wood fireplace to gas so easy. They were knowledgeable about the process, forthright about what they had to offer and helped us to make the best choice for our home. We would highly recommend!

I called on a Saturday with some question about installing a heat pump thermostat on a houseboat. Bill was so gracious to help me do some troubleshooting over the phone. We determined that the heating problem was most likely not the thermostat. He was wonderful to work with and I plan to have Birch hvac help me next spring when we put the boat back in the water. Thank you, Bill.

The crew was great, very professional and prompt. They were very helpful in explaining our issues and options for resolution to our situation. Followed up with us to make sure everything was up to par and make sure the system was running efficiently and the way we wanted.
